What is Hifz?
Hifz is the memorisation of the Qur’an, preserving it in the heart and reciting it with accuracy and care. At Tawheed Foundation, our aim is not only memorisation, but helping students develop a strong relationship with the Qur’an — built on correct recitation, discipline, and consistency
Focus on Tajweed and accuracy
Alongside memorisation, students are taught Tajweed rules and are regularly corrected to ensure clarity and correctness in recitation. This helps prevent weak memorisation and builds a strong foundation for lifelong recitation of the Qur’an.

- Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Cost: Free
- Eligibility: Open to all ages
- Gender: Males only
Students are assessed to understand their level and are then guided appropriately.
Our Approach
Our Hifz classes follow a structured and supportive approach that balances memorisation, revision, and Tajweed.
Each student progresses at a pace suited to their ability, with emphasis on:
- Correct Pronunciation with Tajweed
- Strong revision habits
- Consistency and dscipline
- Understanding the responsibility of carrying the Qur’an
This method helps students retain what they memorise and recite with confidence and accuracy.

- Those who have already memorised some Qur’an and want structure
- Students seeking to improve accuracy and consistency in recitation
Commitment and regular attendance are encouraged, and students are supported according to their individual level and ability.
